The cost of your initial consultation includes:

  1. A 15 minute follow up telephone call 2 weeks after your initial consultation, to see how you are getting on and to keep you motivated.
  2. A further 15 minute telephone call after your first follow up consultation
  3. Regular support by answering quick questions about your programme or health by email or telephone.
  4. Free handouts, recipes and written information for you to take home, and use as reference, to help you succeed with your health programme.
  5. Free laminated chart of food sources of vitamins and minerals for easy home reference
  6. 15% off the RRP of professional supplements specially recommended for you
  7. 10% off the RRP of any nutritional tests we may consider appropriate for you
  8. 10% off many nutrition and health related books
  9. Free quarterly e-newsletter with nutrition related advice and up to date information on talks, workshops and any special offers.
  10. 10% discount on any talks or workshops run by No Nonsense Nutrition

Lindsey's practice is Brighton based. Lindsey is also able to offer appointments from Evolution Arts Centre in Sillwood Terrace, BN12LR.
